These Terms govern your use of Meucci, a service operated by MeucciTech OÜ, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia. Contact: info@meucci.org.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Meucci. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, for activity under your account, and for ensuring that information you provide is accurate. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create legal, security, or operational risk.
You retain ownership of manuscripts, text, metadata, and other content you upload to Meucci. You grant Meucci the rights needed to host, process, convert, review, reproduce, transmit, and store your content solely to provide and improve the requested service, support your account, and comply with law. You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed to upload the content and to create audio from it.
Subject to your payment obligations and any third-party voice or licensing restrictions disclosed to you, you may use delivered audio files for the project for which they were created. Meucci and its licensors retain ownership of the platform, software, models, voices, workflows, and underlying technology. You may not extract, clone, train on, or misuse voices, models, or platform outputs in a way that violates law, third-party rights, or these Terms.
Meucci uses AI voice technology and may use human proof-listeners or quality assurance reviewers to produce and check audio. AI-generated output may contain pronunciation, timing, emphasis, translation, or other errors. You are responsible for reviewing delivered work before publication or distribution.
Paid services are billed through Stripe or another stated payment provider. Prices, taxes, scope, and delivery terms are shown at checkout or in the applicable order process. Unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing, custom audio production work is not refundable once processing has started. Subscriptions, if offered, may be managed through the account or billing portal.
Meucci relies on third-party providers for authentication, payments, hosting, storage, analytics, and AI/audio processing. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
We aim to keep Meucci available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Material changes will apply going forward.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meucci is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. MeucciTech OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country of residence. Courts in Tallinn, Estonia, have venue where legally permitted.
